Grow Your Gratitude

Annie Rettic

About the author

Annie Rettic is a storyteller, writer of songs, and lifelong musician. Steeped in classical music since birth, Annie started playing viola at age ten and sang in her church choir until college. After graduating from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance, she was drawn to folk music. Her interest led her to build a mountain dulcimer, commission a five-string viola, and pick up the ukulele. After a move to San Diego in 2007, she started writing her own songs and has been a finalist in several songwriting contests. Many of Annie's works center on joyful stories of Gratitude, and she now gives concerts sharing "Stories and Songs of Gratitude and Forgiveness." Her mission is to reach everyone she can with her message that Gratitude changes the lives of those who practice it, as well as everyone around them.
In 2022, she became a best-selling author as a contributor to The Community Book Project: Celebrating 365 Days of Gratitude.
In 2023, the first flower in Annie Rettic's Gratitude Garden bloomed with the publication of her book,

Gratitude: A Path To Grace.

By Choosing to be Grateful
I transformed my Life!

Here is a short list of some of my favorite Gratitude practices to help you begin immediately to rebuild and elevate your soul, with Gratitude as the framework. By being thankful for the things which surround you, you invite more richness, both spiritual and material, into your life.

I hope that one of these will serve as the first of many seeds you plant and cultivate in your Garden of Gratitude.

Eckhart Tolle said, “Acknowledging the good you already have is the foundation for all abundance.”

Choose one of these practices from the list to begin your own and drop into a daily “Attitude of Gratitude!”
